KING ICT deployed a brand-new data center for processing and storage of data generated by the judicial IT system in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was deployed on behalf of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in cooperation with EU partners and the Government of the Kingdom of Sweden.
The project represents a major step in ensuring long-term sustainability and security of the judicial IT system in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in accordance with international standards and the best European practices.
The datacenter is equipped with appropriate security mechanisms aimed to mitigate even the unanticipated events. They ensure robustness and the highest availability of the judicial IT system and other key systems used in daily operations, such as the case management system (CMS/TCMS).
“By completing this important project, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina keeps its leading position in implementation of contemporary IT systems in the judicial sector, both at a regional and the international level. We are delighted that the datacenter is deployed in accordance with the highest international IT security standards. Our electronic system is a backbone of the judicial system in our country, and we want to ensure that it has the best security mechanisms in place and that they are in accordance with the globally approved standards. It is paramount that the system is functional and accessible at all times, ensuring that judicial institutions do their work uninterrupted at all times”, said Ružica Jukić, vice president of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“We are extremely pleased that we could be a part of this important project and are very proud of our contribution to its deployments. We have implemented a modular solution for the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, all by the turnkey principle and in accordance with the highest technology and security standards. The new datacenter ensures privacy, availability, and integrity of data stored within the judicial IT system, enabling judicial institutions to provide services of the highest quality. I sincerely hope that other institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina will follow this positive example”, said Adis Pobrić, general manager of KING ICT in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
